This notice applies to all participants, visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and any person who engages with the Exhibition in any capacity. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice.
XMed Expo & Conference (the "Exhibition") is an exhibition, conference, networking and information exchange platform intended to facilitate communication and cooperation among participants in the fields of healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences, longevity, medical innovation and related industries.
The Organiser does not provide medical, healthcare, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, referral, investment, legal, regulatory or other professional advisory services. Nothing contained in the Exhibition, any conference session, publication, website, marketing material, digital platform, presentation, seminar, webinar or related activity shall be construed as the provision of any such services.
The participation of any exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, healthcare institution, medical professional, research organisation, investor or other participant in the Exhibition shall not constitute, and shall not be construed as, any endorsement, certification, accreditation, approval, recommendation, verification or guarantee by the Organiser.
The Organiser does not independently evaluate, test, certify, validate, verify or warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, regulatory status, safety, efficacy, scientific validity, clinical performance, quality, commercial viability or suitability of any product, technology, treatment, therapy, service, research project, investment opportunity, statement, claim or information presented, promoted, discussed or made available in connection with the Exhibition.
All medical, scientific, clinical, technical, regulatory, commercial, financial or investment-related statements, claims, opinions, projections, data and representations are made solely by the respective exhibitors, sponsors, speakers or other participants and remain their exclusive responsibility. Such statements do not necessarily reflect the views of the Organiser.
No information made available through the Exhibition shall be regarded as medical advice, healthcare advice, treatment recommendations, clinical guidance, investment advice, legal advice, regulatory advice or a representation or guarantee regarding any outcome, result, treatment efficacy, regulatory approval, commercial opportunity or investment performance.
Any decision to seek medical treatment, utilise healthcare services, engage with an exhibitor, enter into a business relationship, make an investment, acquire a product or service, or otherwise act upon information obtained through the Exhibition shall be made solely on the basis of the participant's own independent assessment and professional advice where appropriate.
The Organiser shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims any liability arising from, any act, omission, representation, statement, product, service, treatment, transaction, investment, commercial arrangement or other activity of any exhibitor, sponsor, speaker or participant.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or economic loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, healthcare costs, treatment expenses or other losses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Exhibition or reliance upon any information, product, service, technology or opportunity presented in connection therewith.
The Organiser reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to review, reject, suspend, restrict, remove or require modification of any exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, presentation, promotional material, exhibit or activity that, in the Organiser's reasonable opinion, may give rise to legal, regulatory, compliance, safety, ethical, operational or reputational concerns.
All participants remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, professional standards and regulatory requirements, including those relating to healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, clinical research, advertising, unfair competition, consumer protection, personal information protection, data security, anti-corruption, anti-bribery, sanctions and export controls.
